Buy in store
Purchase and Payment:
We receive different payment methods and therefore you can pay with Dankort, Visa-Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro Debit, Bank Transfer and MobilePay. In all our stores you also have the opportunity to pay cash. Note that an amount over DKK 14,999.50 cannot be received in cash.
When ordering goods, the full amount is deducted by card payment.
All our prices in our stores are stated incl. VAT in Danish kroner.
Delivery and pickup:
When you buy a piece of furniture in one of our stores, you will always be provided with the delivery price before you approve your order. We will always inform you what delivery options we can offer as well as at what price. The delivery option and the shipping price depend on how much your order weighs and where you live. In addition, you also have the option of choosing delivery in a specific time interval that suits you best. Our delivery prices start from 99 kr.
It is important to check that your ordered furniture can pass doorways, stairwells and the like. Likewise, there must be free passage for the shipping men if you get goods delivered with a derogation. You can always get information about the goals of our products in our stores or on our website.
If the driver is driving in vain with your delivery, unfortunately you will have to pay for a new delivery. (Who handle it?) It is also not possible to cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without giving a message About that you regret.
Be aware that unfortunately we do not deliver to islands without a bridge connection to the mainland. However, except by Bornholm. If you live on a non -bridge Fast Island, please contact our stores/customer serves who can help you.
After your new furniture has been delivered, it is important that you check your furniture for any damage and errors. If an item proves to have been injured or contains defective items, then contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can find a good solution as soon as possible. Returns and cancellation of order
At FDB Møbler it is always possible to undo your purchase. However, there are certain things that you need to be aware of if you want to return an item.

All our prices on the website are stated incl. VAT in Danish kroner. In addition, our membership prices are also displayed. It requires a valid Coop membership to be able to buy our goods at membership price. The membership number must be entered when you have placed an item in the basket.

The delivery option and the shipping price depend on how much your order weighs and where you live. When ordering a piece of furniture from our website, it is possible to choose different delivery options as well as time intervals depending on what suits you best.
When delivery of smaller products/accessories, it will be possible to select GLS home delivery or GLS parcel shop, which will deliver your package within 2-7 business days.
