Returns and Refund Policy

At FDB Møbler it is always possible to undo your purchase. However, there are certain things that you need to be aware of if you want to return an item.

Purchase in store:

When you buy standard products in our physical stores - e.g. Lamps and home accessories- we provide 30 days return and exchange right*. However, it is a condition for the utilization of the return and exchange right that the item is new and unused and returned in original packaging. Returns can either be done in the store or by contacting the store you traded in.

When returning furniture purchased in our physical stores with delivery, our 30-day return and exchange also applies. However, it is a condition for the utilization of the return and exchange right that the item is new, unused and returned in original packaging. If you wish to return your furniture, an email must be sent to ordre@fdbmobler.dk Within 30 days, where you need to specify your order number. The cancellation of your order will only happen when our customer service has confirmed the reception. You yourself incur the costs associated with the return. Prices from DKK 599 which will be deducted from the return amount.
You cannot regret by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time notifying that you regret.

*Please note that no use of the general right of withdrawal can be used when ordering custom -made furniture or special textiles that are not part of our stock collection. Here, 4 days of cancellation right is granted after ordering. If you wish to cancel or change your custom -made item then you must send an email to ordre@fdbmobler.dk within 4 days where you specify your order number. 

Online purchases:

When you buy a product on our website, we provide 30 days return and exchange right*. We will then submit a return note to follow the design upon return on our Pick-up Point-address and opening hours will appear on the return slip. You will bear the costs of returning. Prices from DKK 49. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an item without a return note. If a product is to be returned, please place it in original packaging and then wrap it properly into shipping packaging. It is your own responsibility to return the design to the nearest pick-up point if you have had your item delivered with the freight man the item is picked up at your home address, where it is your responsibility that the item is ready for pickup the day the carrier comes. In addition, it is your own responsibility that the item reaches us in unused condition. If the item is not unused, our return and exchange right do not apply. All costs will, as a starting point, be settled for you in the same way the item was originally paid - we rush everything we can to return your money, but in some cases it can go up to 14 days
